Products.
Each product purchased is sold subject to its description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information appearing on this website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.
Stock availability information on the website is the latest updated record but may not be totally current and does not guarantee that stock is available. Delivery dates and stock due in dates do not form part of any contract with us. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send an email confirmation to you that we have dispatched that product to you. That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the dispatch confirmation email to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a dispatch confirmation email to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.
Payments.
Payment for all orders is at point of sale. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Returns.
If your goods are faulty, please call one of our services representatives on 01437 731836 who will advise you how to proceed. We hope you will be happy with your order. However if for any reason you are not, please notify us by email at Sales@inspirecollections.co.uk before posting the items back to:

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt and we will gladly offer you an exchange, refund or credit note. Please wrap the items securely and use insured registered delivery, keeping the receipt. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. Please note that we do not offer a free returns service, refund the return postage cost or the original delivery charge. Unwanted items must be returned in a fully resaleable condition, which includes being in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging. Items must not have been used or assembled in any way. Inspire collections reserves the right to refuse a refund on any item not deemed to be resaleable.
Your Details.
By supplying us with your email address you are allowing us to keep in touch when you place an order, when we have despatched your order or to deal with any possible queries you may have with your order. We may also use it to alert you to special promotions we may be holding. If you do not wish to receive these emails please email us at Sales@inspirecollections.co.uk. This does not affect your statutory rights.
